Terms & Conditions of Service
Welcome to Growing Up Guidance! Weβre so excited to bring enriching, playful, and educational incursions to your early learning setting. Please take a moment to read through our terms and conditions.
π Booking Confirmation
We currently provide incursions only within Melbourne, Victoria.
Bookings are accepted via our online Booking Form.
Once we receive your form, we will send a confirmation email within 1β2 business days.
Bookings are not confirmed until you receive this confirmation email.
π° Fees & Payment
All incursions are charged per session (not per child).
Pricing is inclusive of:
All required materials (unless otherwise stated).
Up to 20 children per session.
Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date. If payment is not received, a reminder will be sent. A 5% late fee may be applied to invoices unpaid after 14 days. Please note, no further incursions can be booked until the outstanding balance is cleared. We understand things happen β feel free to reach out if an extension is needed!
Invoices will be issued after booking confirmation.
π Travel Fees
For locations beyond 20 km from Tarneit 3029, travel fee will apply.
Travel distance is calculated using Google Maps from Tarneit 3029.
π§π¦ Group Size
Each incursion is designed for a maximum of 20 children per session to ensure quality interaction and safety.
If your group exceeds 20 children:
We recommend splitting the children into two groups and booking two separate sessions.
Alternatively, a $5 additional fee per child will apply for any child beyond 20, up to a maximum of 25 children per session.
This ensures that all children can participate meaningfully and receive the attention they deserve.
β Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% fee of the session cost.
Weβre happy to reschedule where possible at no extra cost with at least 48 hours' notice.
In the event of illness or emergency on our end, we will offer a reschedule.
π§° Materials & Resources
All materials are supplied by Growing Up Guidance (unless otherwise discussed).
Children may occasionally take home items (e.g., planting pots) as part of the experience.
All reusable items (e.g., instruments, props) will be collected at the end of the session.
πΈ Photos & Social Media
If we take photos for our social media or website, we will always seek written consent from your centre beforehand.
No child will ever be photographed or shared without permission.
π Presenter & Props
Our incursions are presented in a fun, interactive, and professional manner by an experienced VIT registered early childhood teacher.
We may use props, costumes, puppets, instruments, or visual aids to enhance the session.
